Transition to C5ISR

The OIL is hosted in the C5ISR Center Prototype Integration Facility (PIF) as of the start of FY25

Additional capabilities available such as MIL-STD-810 test and tactical vehicle integration

Continued industry access to CMOSS infrastructure to include cards, chassis and software

New proving abilities further characterize performance and technology maturity of industry products

CMOSS

The C5ISR/Electronic Warfare Modular Open Suite of Standards (CMOSS) is a modular open systems architecture (MOSA) that converges select Army warfighting capabilities — such as mission command, movement and maneuver, and fires — into one system
